Choose Your Gift.

Gift & deliverables. If selected, you receive one complimentary item from the gift collection and free standard shipping. In return, publish one original Instagram Reel about your authentic experience within 14 calendar days after confirmed delivery; a TikTok repost is appreciated but optional. Deliver the original video footage within 3 calendar days after posting. Ask BubblePanda in advance if you need an extension.

Commercial usage license. You retain copyright in the original work but grant BubblePanda a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to reproduce, edit, crop, subtitle, adapt, create derivative edits, display, distribute, and use the content in its website, organic social media and paid advertising, including Meta ads, and to allow its service providers to do so for these purposes. Platform-specific Partnership Ads permissions, when required, are granted separately.

People, music & disclosures. If a child or another individual appears, you confirm you have the legally required consent to grant the stated commercial likeness permissions (including parental/guardian consent for minors). Deliver materials without third-party music or other assets that you lack the rights to license for commercial ads. Clearly disclose the gifted brand relationship in your Instagram post in line with FTC rules; share your genuine opinion, not a required positive review.

Approval. All gift claims are subject to merchant review. Gift eligibility is linked to the email you registered with BubblePanda; entering a discount code alone does not grant eligibility. These terms grant a content-use license as described above, not a transfer of copyright ownership.
