We want you and your baby to love every BubblePanda moment. If you need to return or exchange an item, we’re here to make the process as smooth as a bamboo dream.


Step 1: Check Your Eligibility

Before starting, please ensure your items meet our return criteria:

  • Within 30 Days: The return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

  • Original Condition: Items must be unwashed, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • Tags Attached: All original tags must still be attached to the garment.

  • Exclusions: Gift cards and "Final Sale" items are non-returnable.


Step 2: Send Us an Email

To initiate your return, please email our Panda Support team at shop@bubble-panda.com with the following information:

  1. Order Number (e.g., #bubble_panda 1001)

  2. Item(s) you wish to return

  3. Reason for the return (Wrong size, changed mind, etc.)


Step 3: Ship Your Items Back

Once our team approves your request (usually within 24 hours), we will send you a Return Authorization and the shipping instructions.

  • Return Shipping: Unless the item is defective, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Pro Tip: We recommend using a trackable shipping service (USPS or UPS) to ensure your package reaches us safely.


Step 4: Get Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return at our center, we will process your refund.

  • Refund Method: The credit will be applied to your original payment method.

  • Timeline: Most banks process refunds within 5-10 business days.
