To provide the best possible experience, BubblePanda partners with Amazon Fulfillment (MCF). This means your order is stored, packed, and shipped from a local Amazon warehouse in the United States or Canada, ensuring the highest standards of speed and safety.

Shipping Coverage & Delivery Times

  • United States: We ship to the Continental U.S. (excluding P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO).

  • Canada: We ship to all provinces. Orders are fulfilled directly from our Canadian warehouses, meaning NO customs duties for our Canadian families.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically takes 3-5 business days after processing.

  • Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

  • United States:

    • FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $49 USD.

    • Flat Rate of $6.99 USD for orders under $49 USD.

    • Expedited Shipping: Available for a flat fee of $12.99 (USD) regardless of order value.

  • Canada:

    • FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $59 CAD.

    • Flat Rate of $9.99 CAD for orders under $59 CAD.

    • Expedited Shipping: Available for a flat fee of $18.99 (CAD) regardless of order value.

Tracking Your Order

OUR RETURN & REFUND POLICY

30-Day Happiness Guarantee
We want you and your little one to be 100% happy with your BubblePanda essentials. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your items must meet the following criteria:

  1. Unwashed & Unworn: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept items that have been laundered or worn by a baby.

  2. Original Packaging: Items must be in their original packaging with all tags still attached.

  3. No Stains/Odors: Items must be free of pet hair, smoke odors, or any visible stains.

Note: Final Sale items and Gift Cards are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email our support team at shop@bubble-panda.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.

  2. Our team will review your request and provide you with a return authorization and the return shipping address.

  3. Return Shipping Costs: Unless the item is defective or we made an error, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3-5 business days of arrival), we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.


EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at shop@bubble-panda.com with photos of the product and your order number. We will prioritize sending you a replacement at no extra cost.
