We want you and your little one to be 100% happy with your BubblePanda essentials. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your items must meet the following criteria:

Unwashed & Unworn: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept items that have been laundered or worn by a baby.

Original Packaging: Items must be in their original packaging with all tags still attached.

No Stains/Odors: Items must be free of pet hair, smoke odors, or any visible stains.
Note: Final Sale items and Gift Cards are not eligible for return.
How to Start a Return

Email our support team at shop@bubble-panda.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.

Our team will review your request and provide you with a return authorization and the return shipping address.

Return Shipping Costs: Unless the item is defective or we made an error, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3-5 business days of arrival), we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at shop@bubble-panda.com with photos of the product and your order number. We will prioritize sending you a replacement at no extra cost.
