Fast & Reliable Delivery via Amazon Logistics
To provide the best possible experience, BubblePanda partners with Amazon Fulfillment (MCF). This means your order is stored, packed, and shipped from an Amazon warehouse near you, ensuring the highest standards of speed and safety.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically takes 3-5 business days after processing.

  • Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

  • Free Shipping: We are proud to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $59.

  • Flat Rate Shipping: For orders under $59, a flat shipping fee of $6.99 will be applied at checkout.

  • Shipping Coverage: Currently, we only ship to addresses within the Continental United States. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations at this time.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is handed over to the carrier, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number. You can use our [Track Your Order] page to monitor your package's journey in real-time.


OUR RETURN & REFUND POLICY

30-Day Happiness Guarantee
We want you and your little one to be 100% happy with your BubblePanda essentials. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your items must meet the following criteria:

  1. Unwashed & Unworn: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept items that have been laundered or worn by a baby.

  2. Original Packaging: Items must be in their original packaging with all tags still attached.

  3. No Stains/Odors: Items must be free of pet hair, smoke odors, or any visible stains.

Note: Final Sale items and Gift Cards are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email our support team at shop@bubble-panda.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.

  2. Our team will review your request and provide you with a return authorization and the return shipping address.

  3. Return Shipping Costs: Unless the item is defective or we made an error, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3-5 business days of arrival), we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.


EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at shop@bubble-panda.com with photos of the product and your order number. We will prioritize sending you a replacement at no extra cost.
