1. SHIPPING & ORDERS

• How long will it take to get my order?
  All our orders are fulfilled by Amazon to ensure the fastest delivery. Once processed (1-2 business days), standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days to arrive at your doorstep.

• Where do you ship?
  Currently, we ship to all addresses within the continental United States. We are working hard to bring BubblePanda to families worldwide soon!

• How much is shipping?
  We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $59. For orders under $59, a flat shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.

• Can I track my order?
  Yes! As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number (typically starting with TBA or a standard carrier code). You can track it directly on our [Track Your Order] page.

2. FABRIC & QUALITY

• Why choose Bamboo instead of Cotton?
  Bamboo is a "super-fabric" for babies. It is 3x more breathable than cotton, naturally moisture-wicking, and helps regulate body temperature (staying 3° cooler). It’s also incredibly soft and eco-friendly.

• What is the difference between your Bamboo and Silky Modal collections?
  Our Signature Bamboo is famous for its buttery-soft, cooling touch—ideal for sensitive skin. Our Luxe Modal offers a silkier, slightly more lustrous finish and is highly resistant to pilling, making it perfect for active toddlers.

• Is BubblePanda safe for babies with eczema?
  Yes! Our fabrics are hypoallergenic and free from harsh chemicals. The smooth, round fibers of bamboo and modal don't irritate delicate skin, making them a top choice for babies with eczema or skin sensitivities.

3. SLEEP SACKS & SAFETY

• What does "TOG" mean?
  TOG stands for Thermal Overall Grade. It measures the warmth of a garment.

  • 1.0 TOG: Perfect for year-round use and rooms between 69-73°F.

  • 1.5 TOG: Ideal for transition seasons or cooler rooms (64-70°F).

  • 2.5 TOG: Quilted for winter warmth (61-68°F).

• What is a "Walker" sleep bag?
  Our Walker edition features open feet with ribbed cuffs. It’s designed for active toddlers who want the freedom to stand, crawl, and walk safely in their crib without the tripping hazards of a traditional sleep sack.

• How should I dress my baby under the sleep sack?
  For 1.0 TOG, we recommend a simple bodysuit or pajamas. For 1.5/2.5 TOG, you can layer with our long-sleeve bamboo PJs. Always check baby’s chest or neck to ensure they aren't too hot.

4. CARE & WASHING

• How do I wash my BubblePanda products?
  To keep that "buttery-soft" feel:

  1. Close all zippers and turn the garment inside out.

  2. Machine wash in cold water on a gentle cycle.

  3. Hang to dry is best to prevent pilling, or tumble dry on the lowest heat setting.

• Will the fabric pill over time?
  Like all natural luxury fibers, pilling can occur with friction. To minimize this, we recommend washing with other soft bamboo items and avoiding "rough" items like jeans, towels, or anything with velcro.

5. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

• What is your return policy?
  We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags attached. Please visit our [Start a Return] page for more details.

• My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
  We are so sorry! Please email us at shop@bubble-panda.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement right away.
