Where is my order?
Thank you for choosing BubblePanda! We know you’re excited to receive your bamboo essentials. To ensure the fastest delivery, all our orders are fulfilled and shipped by Amazon Logistics.
How it works:

Order Processing: Once your order is placed, it takes 1-2 business days for Amazon to pick and pack your items.

Shipping Notification: As soon as your package leaves the Amazon warehouse, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation Email with a tracking number.

Carrier: Amazon MCF uses a variety of reliable carriers, including UPS, USPS, FedEx, and Amazon Logistics (TBA numbers).
How to track your package:
Option 1: Check your Confirmation Email
Click the "View your order" button in the shipping email you received. This will take you directly to your real-time tracking page on our website.
Option 2: Use the Amazon Tracking Portal
If your tracking number starts with "TBA", it is being handled directly by Amazon Logistics. You can track it here:

Option 3: Standard Carrier Sites
If your tracking number is for UPS or USPS, you can track them on their official websites:

Why is my tracking number not updating?
It can take up to 24-48 hours for the carrier to scan your package into their system. If it hasn’t updated after 2 days, don't worry—it's on its way! -
My order says delivered, but I can't find it.
Please check with your neighbors or around your porch/apartment lobby. If you still can't find it after 24 hours of the "Delivered" status, please contact us.
