« La liberté de se tenir debout. La douceur de rêver. »

TOG Guide & Helpful Tips
A warmer option to explore for cooler rooms. Check the overall outfit.
BubblePanda's intermediate option; layering depends on the child and garment.
A medium-weight option to consider with suitable sleepwear underneath.
A lighter option for warmer rooms; reassess the layers as needed.
Review the room and layers. A sleep sack may not be needed.
These temperature bands are BubblePanda shopping examples—not official NHS ranges for every TOG and not a universal safety rule. In particular, 1.5 TOG has no standard NHS room-temperature band.
Read the full TOG guide✳ Use the room temperature as a starting point. Check baby's chest or back of neck for overheating; adjust clothing as needed. Keep loose blankets out of an infant's sleep space. Safe sleep guidance ↗
